“Hai for Her”   

              UCHI  CELEBRATES FEMALE MOVERS

With International Women’s Day on March 8th and Women’s History Month during the entire month of March, the culinary world is showing support with restaurants across the country launching initiatives to bring awareness and raise money for women-oriented causes.

Locally, Uchi Miami, part of the James Beard award winning restaurant group Hai Hospitality) is hostingHai for Her”, a culinary celebration bringing together a roster of female talent from Hai Hospitality’s family of restaurants across the country, for a special collaborative dinner taking place Monday, March 7th and Tuesday, March 8th at 7 pm. 

This ticketed dinner will support  The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade, a worthy cause that creates positive change for women and girls through advocacy, investment, and collective impact.  

Uchi Miami’s hosts - Chef de Cuisine Dina Butterfield and Sushi Chef Vicki Rodpai - will welcome Uchi and Uchibā Dallas Chef de Cuisine, Rhonda McCullar; Uchi Restaurants Head Pastry Chef, Ariana Quant and Loro Austin Bar Manager, Katie Arnold.

 The Hai for Her” campaign initially kicked off in March of 2020, with chefs from across Hai restaurants assembled at Uchiko in Austin, Texas for a dinner benefitting Girlstart. After a 2021 hiatus, Hai for Her returns in grand fashion, this time to Uchi Miami.
