It's extremely toxic and negative and I don't know about you but when someone else is telling me I can't, I can't, I can't… I get grumpy, upset, and stressed.
This way of thinking is NOT motivating. In fact, it's paralyzing and debilitating.
Instead of focusing on what you CAN'T do, let’s focus on what you can do and GO In at 5mph. Let’s not try to go 100mph and do all of the changes and implementations at once. Otherwise, you will burn out and quit yet again.
5mph you can do! That is attainable and sustainable!
100mph is exhausting...
You are not conditioned right now to run 100mph. Remember all that other stress you have in your life right now?? Trust me, your body is not wanting MORE of it. You are just making your body fight you tooth and nail by continuing to add SO much to your plate. Let’s take a step back, start small and build those foundational blocks for success.
