Grilled Chicken Kabobs

EASY MEMORIAL DAY RECIPE

Memorial Day is less than a week away! We love to BBQ at my house, and Memorial Day is the perfect excuse to turn on the grill! One thing we love to make is chicken kabobs. They're so easy, and always come out so delicious. They're the perfect addition to burgers and hot dogs.

Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts; cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • garlic powder; to taste
  • salt; to taste
  • adobo; to taste
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sofrito
  • 1/2 of orange Goya Sazon packet
  • 1 tbsp of buffalo sauce; optional
  • 2 large tomatoes; cute into large pieces
  • 1 medium red onion; cut in half then cut into thirds, separate layers
  • 2 green peppers; cut into 1 inch square pieces

Instructions

  • Cut up the chicken, tomatoes, red onions, and green peppers.
  • Combine chicken, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, adobo, minced garlic, sofrito, Goya sazón packet, and buffalo sauce (if adding) into a large bowl.
  • Alternate chicken, tomato, onion, and green pepper on skewers.
  • Grill until chicken in cooked through. Time may vary depending on your grill.
