15 gyms lay along with the riverside city of Glenwood Springs. From Glenwood Whitewater Park on the west side to the resort city's southern end, you will find a gym. Six gyms in Glenwood Springs list themselves as operating around the clock, including Colorado 24/7 Fitness. That is just under half of the gyms in the tourist mecca.

However, the restricted number of 24-hour gyms are all rated higher than four stars, so you are sure to have a good experience regardless of what time you go there.
