I'm such a paper products girl. I'm all about thank-you notes, stickers, encouraging notes to yourself on your desk or in your bathroom, and especially planners and calendars.

You could also print out a second set and use these as a gratitude journal. Each day of the week, write down three things you are thankful for or proud of yourself for in the space.
