With Treefort coming to an end this past weekend, 417 artists were featured at the festival held September 22-26, 2021. Elleven 'Forts' were hosted at multiple venues throughout downtown Boise, Idaho.

Foodfort featured Farm to Fest, a night to remember. This event was hosted on the Basque block on the perfect fall evening. You could feel the energy of the attendees as we found our tables & sat down to enjoy the food and wine paired dinner.

Every wine, every dish, every moment of this farm to fest was filled with flavor, locally sourced ingredients, and prepared by incredible people. You could taste the quality and care taken to create each dish in every bite.

We enjoyed the company at our table & meeting each chef as they prepared their dish & handed it over for us to enjoy. Being a foodie and a chef myself, I am inspired to try and recreate these incredible food offerings in my own kitchen.

Knowing that I can source the ingredients from local farms and small businesses makes me so happy. It is so important especially now to be sourcing locally and supporting those in our own community. They are needing our support and business.

It was a breath of fresh air to get back out in the world and enjoy an intimate dinner on the streets of downtown Boise. Memories were made, bellies were filled with delicious food and thirst quenched with impeccable wines.
