Betty Rae’s Ice Cream

Betty Rae’s has two locations in Kansas City- check them out at at their original Waldo location or visit them at River Market. You can’t miss their handmade waffle cones! Betty Rae’s ice cream is creamy, delicious, and has a rotation of seasonal flavors you’ll love.
Poppy’s Ice Cream

Poppy’s Ice Cream is located in downtown Lees Summit. Their homemade ice creams are some of my favorite! Be sure to check out the gianduja (chocolate and hazelnut) on a waffle cone. If you have a furry friend, you can even get them a pup cup so they can join in on the fun!
