Yes, another hotel with a rooftop pool! I did say it was a necessity remember. This boutique hotel is full of Southern charm and history. The hotel’s Southerly Host adds a warm touch with vast knowledge of the surrounding area with amazing local recommendations. The reason The Whitehall lives in my Top 5 list, however, is the outdoor bar Part and Parcel. Even though it’s currently closed, this is definitely one to add to your must-visit Houston spot. A relaxed courtyard setting to enjoy cocktails, tacos and The Whitehall’s very own private label bourbon – Edgar’s Truth.
