The single-family homes, which includes two standout model homes, are expected to range from 2,427 to 3,200 square feet with three to four bedrooms. Designed for a broad range of customers, the single-story homes at Treeland seamlessly combine classic country and contemporary designs.

Berk’s Mid-Century Farmhouse designed model has three bedrooms, three baths and a three-bay garage. Upon completion, Treeland is expected to include several shared community spaces and features for its homeowners, including parks, ramadas and a playground.
