Working Out 4-5x Per Week...

and Not Seeing Progress?

Article by Emily Mobley

But Emily, I workout 4-5 days a week and I see NO progress despite what I do.

Let me guess...

→ You feel like you eat "healthy"

→ BUT you have a sweet tooth and love a good glass of wine or two

→ You mainly do peloton, walking, a run, or a bootcamp class

^^ This is the problem!

You might think I'm crazy to say this as a dietitian, because I was told the exact opposite in school, BUT…

1. Eating healthy does not help you lose fat

2. Cardio is the worst way to lose fat

Now listen... I want you to eat healthy, I want you to do some cardio - but if you're saying:

"I want this thigh fat and my my hips area to go away"

"I want this belly fat to be gone"

"I want to look like I workout"

^^ THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN IS BY GETTING YOUR METABOLISM INTO FAT BURNING MODE

And the only way to do this is lifting weights + eating enough.

Your days of being 20 years old and doing the whole "eat less, exercise more" is not the solution.

You have to be strategic with your nutrition + strength training just like this client who now is taking pictures in her bathing suit after not being able to since she was 12!!!

So let me ask you...

→ Do you know how to adjust your nutrition to put your body into fat burning mode?

→ Do you know how to adjust your workouts to change your body composition?

If not, this is exactly what we teach you in our Gray30 program! We get you eating more and exercising less to reach your goals! Click HERE to learn more!
