"The Spicy Onion Mary"
Bloody Mary Mix
- 1.5oz Vodka
- Zing Zang
- Jalapeno muddled
- Jalapeno slit long ways (not through) for garnish
- ¼ salted rim
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Dash cayenne
- Ice
- Splash of lemon + lime juice
- Tbsp raw horseradish
- Crispy Bacon for garnish
Directions
Muddle jalapeno in shaker with Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Combine horseradish, lemon + lime juices, cayenne + vodka. Shake hard with a couple of ice cubes. Strain over half a glass of fresh ice. Dump in muddled jalapeno on top of ice. Top with more ice pressing the jalapeno guts between the ice layers. Fill with Zing Zang. Clean + dry shaker, roll twice.
Garnish with strip of bacon to hang out of glass. Lemon + lime wedge, olive garnish. Jalapenos should be slit long ways so it can straddle the side of the glass. Leave stem on. Keep jalapeno seeds.
