Even with the best balance training, falls still happen. The best thing you can do is to be prepared for a fall. You can do this by learning how to land safely when you lose your balance.

At HouseFit, all of our therapy team has been instructed in Safe Landing Techniques, and how to train our older clients how to do so in a safe manner. We've broken down the moves into beginner, intermediate and advanced moves.
