As women, we've all been there.

We've tried every diet and fitness plan under the sun, but nothing seems to work. We feel frustrated, overwhelmed, and hopeless.

But what if I told you that there's a better way to approach nutrition and fitness? A way that doesn't involve restriction, cutting carbs, or drinking supplements? A way that focuses on the basics and creates sustainable habits.

The key to sustainable change is systems.

Systems allow you to create habits that are consistent and effective. They help you organize your life and achieve your goals without feeling restricted or overwhelmed. And the best part? You can create a system that works for you.

As someone who has struggled with nutrition and fitness in the past, I know how daunting it can be to create a system that works for you. But trust me when I say that it's worth it. The system I'm most proud of is the one I created for my nutrition. It's simple, sustainable, and effective.

My system revolves around six basic essentials that I focus on every day:

  • Hitting my protein goal by bulk cooking protein throughout the week.
  • Hitting my step count by walking 30 minutes every morning.
  • Hitting my hydration by carrying around a big 32oz cup and drinking three of them throughout the day.
  • Prioritizing my sleep by getting in bed at 8 pm every night.
  • Creating a balanced plate by planning my meals in advance and focusing on easy-to-make items.
  • Incorporating strength training by paying a trainer to guide me twice a week.

These six essentials are my guiding principles when it comes to nutrition and fitness. They're simple, easy to follow, and effective. And the best part? They don't involve restriction, cutting carbs, or drinking supplements.

If you're struggling to create a system that works for you, I want to help.

Here are some tips to get started:

  • Start small: Don't try to overhaul your entire life overnight. Pick one or two essentials to focus on first and build from there.
  • Be consistent: The key to creating a habit is consistency. Make a commitment to yourself to focus on your essentials every day.
  • Get support: It can be hard to do it alone. Get a friend, partner, or coach to help keep you accountable and motivated.
  • Be patient: Sustainable change takes time. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away.

Remember, systems are the key to sustainable change. Don't give up, keep pushing, and let's create a system that works for you. If you need help building your system, feel free to reach out to me. Together, we can create a system that will help you achieve your goals and live the life you want!
