This agency conducts market research analysis and consults on cost-effective improvements to raise home value. Next Step Realty and Glenmark Realty also offer homes of all shapes, sizes, and prices.

Realtor Training and Licensing

Every NYC realtor must pass rigorous training and testing before receiving their license to practice. Each real estate agent undergoes at least 75 hours of training and passes a certification exam.

Real estate brokers must complete a 120-hour training course and pass a certification exam. To maintain either license the individual must complete continuing education courses annually.

You can choose to use a real estate agent in the city or in the borough or town to which you plan to move. If you don’t yet know where you want to live, your best option is realtors in NYC since they will have contacts and listings throughout the state.
