Recently, Columbia’s own, One World Healthcare, a bilingual primary care facility that specializes in wellness care and immigration exams, was proud to celebrate its 6th anniversary.
One World Healthcare’s dedicated staff chose to commemorate this occasion by giving back to the community that helped them get to this milestone by hosting a celebration event on September 28th at their offices. They were joined by the friends and community members that helped them get to this point and will continue to support them in the years to come. Dr. Celián Valero-Colón, M.D. (second right) has practiced as a physician in the Baltimore area for over 10 years and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr. Sidney Nelson, III, M.D. (left) has also spent more than 10 years as a physician and enjoys maintaining an active healthy lifestyle in his free time.
The team at One World Healthcare pride themselves on the attentive and caring manor they treat all their patients with. So many of their loyal patients say the reason they’ve stuck with the practice for so long is because they truly feel close to the staff. The entire staff are so grateful to be able to add their own personal touch to the wide array of services offered at the facility for six years now.
The anniversary event featured a delicious spread of international food and drinks that guests were free to enjoy. As the event went on attendees were shown around the offices and the staff also set up stations highlighting some of the wellness products they offer patients as well as free samples. To finish it all off, the first 10 people who arrived at the event were entered into a raffle for a free session of their newly added laser hair removal service.
Currently, One World Healthcare offers a wide range of services such as physical exams, illness care, minor injury care, travel immunizations, plus many more, and they are so excited to add laser hair removal to that list. Laser hair removal is a safe, effective, long-lasting method used to remove unwanted hair on the face and body. The practice recently acquired the new machine and their team has been fully trained on how to use the latest techniques and technology in order to give patients the same high-quality service they provide with every visit.
