Are you tired of feeling insecure about certain parts of your body? Are you constantly trying to work off that stomach pooch or thigh fat? Do you find yourself restricting food groups and counting calories in hopes of seeing results?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I hear you.

I know how frustrating it can be to feel like your body is not where you want it to be. But I want to let you in on a little secret - that mindset is actually making your "problem areas" worse!

Let me explain...

Think of your body as a car. Just like a car has a framework, engine, doors, and windshield, your body has muscles, skin, hair, nails, and more. And just like a car needs gas to run, your body needs food to function properly. But here's the catch - if you are under-eating and doing tons of cardio, your muscles (the framework of your body) will break down, leading to flabbier problem areas and tighter clothes.

So, what's the solution?

It's time to refocus on doing the right things, such as strength training and fueling your body with enough calories and protein. You need to build your body, not break it down. Muscles take a lot of calories to sustain and grow, so it's crucial to give your body enough fuel to support them. Instead of obsessing over calories burned or restrictive diets, it's time to prioritize nourishing your body and building a healthy, strong framework.

If you need help getting started on this journey, I'm here for you. As a nutrition coach, I've helped countless people transform their bodies and lives. DM me on Instagram @graynutrition, and let's chat about how I can help you refocus your mindset and achieve your goals.

Remember, your body is a machine, and it deserves the right fuel and maintenance to run at its best!
