For one weekend in June, the Canyon County Fairgrounds transformed into a world of knights, faeries, adventurers, and storytellers. The Idaho Renaissance Faire's annual Beltane Fantasy Festival drew families, costumed performers, and fantasy enthusiasts from across the region to celebrate the arrival of summer. Throughout the grounds, guests encountered wandering characters, live entertainment, elaborate costumes, and plenty of opportunities to step into another era. From towering mushroom hats and fairy wings to musicians and medieval camps, the festival blended imagination, creativity, and community. Organizers now turn their attention to the Idaho Renaissance Faire's signature fall event, expected to return to Gabiola Fields in Caldwell. Learn more at idahorenfair.org.
