The showroom at Porsche Naples is a place for women AND men. In an industry historically dominated by and for men, owner and manager Dan Kao wants to see changes. He wants women to know they can (and should) drive a sports car. “And, they can drive a race car that fits the whole family,” he says. “We recognize more women are business owners, executives, heads of households and decision-makers and we want to make women an important part of our business while supporting needs in the community."
Another crucial goal for Porsche Naples is aggressive philanthropy. Since opening its doors, Porsche Naples has established a long-standing tradition of service in order to strengthen the community and help those in need.
Seacrest County Day School
Last year, a raffle at Porsche Naples raised $1,670 for the Seacrest Annual Fund.
The annual Stingray Classic Golf Tournament held at Tiburón Golf Club raised another $3,000.
At Seacrest, students and teachers come together to learn, explore and discuss; wrestling with essential questions and real-world applications across disciplines lead to deeper overall understanding. Dan and his team are behind this mission. “We want to be a positive influence on our youth,” says Dan.
Baby Basics of Collier County
This organization provides free diapers on a consistent basis to low-income working families. At their distribution sites, parents explain that the money they would normally spend on diapers goes to buy food, pay rent or purchase medicine for their babies. The program provides a supportive atmosphere and community for these struggling families.
Heels and Wheels
The lively Heels & Wheels event was an empowering evening as women shared their secrets of successes and the lessons they have learned along the way, says Dan. The night was all about women supporting women, especially those facing challenges or looking to accomplish goals in their professional life.

- Porsche Napes will also be donating a 24-month lease of a 2020 Porsche Macan that will be raffled at Seacrest County day school Gala in March at The Naples Grande.
