Meet Marli Cook, a spirited 14-year-old with a heart of gold. Inspired by her Girl Scouts blessing box project, Marli tackled the issue of access to school supplies at Tall Pines by creating a school pantry box. “I'm really bad about losing my school supplies,” Marli says, acknowledging how often teachers end up footing the bill for extra supplies.
Marli’s project, supported by generous sponsors like Cribbs HVAC, Aiken Homes Team at Meybohm, Pitter Patter Children's Boutique, Southern Carolina Palms and More, Bradley Boni LLC Attorney at Law, and Carolyn Moore, is a lifeline for students in need. The pantry box is now installed at Tall Pines, stocked and ready to help.
