A heartwarming story of a mother's love and a son's unwavering dedication has led to hope for so many locals. Blake Youmans, CEO of pioneering stem cell therapy clinic, Dynamic Stem Cell Therapy, fondly recalls the profound impact his mother had on his life.
"My mother was always my biggest supporter and my hero," Blake says with pride.
It was this determination that laid the foundation for the clinic's inception. Blake's mother, Simong Youmans, M.D., an emergency room physician, was discouraged with practicing reactive medicine and in 2005 began to pursue natural solutions to help people heal themselves. "She always believed in stem cells; she just didn't think the technology was here yet until 2014, when we started doing stem cell therapy," Blake recounts.
The mother-son bond was forged through countless moments of shared sacrifice and support. "She stayed up late nights studying but still came to my games," Blake reminisces. "That's where my drive to be a helper in healthcare started."
As his mother's health declined, her vision remained steadfast. "On her deathbed in 2016, she said, 'I want you to continue this business; I believe it's the best way to help the most amount of people, and I believe it’s why God put me on this earth,'" Blake recalls.
Today, Blake carries on her legacy with the same passion she instilled in him. "Making her proud by continuing this business she left for me," he says resolutely. "Stem cells can help our bodies heal 50 percent faster and regenerate cartilage, tendons, ligaments, muscle, tissue, organs, and even nerves for whole-body wellness."
In a city known for glitz and glamour, this stem cell therapy clinic stands as an example of love, perseverance, and the unbreakable mother-son bond. Blake has continued his mother's dream offering hope and healing and helping so many people in the process.
"'Continue this... it's the best way to help the most amount of people."
