I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a year full of many emotions and, for most, has forced us to see our lives from a different perspective. COVID-19 made us slow down and look out the window and not just the windshield. We noticed that we might have started to take things and people for granted that played a more significant part in our lives than we realized. As we go back to "normal," you might ask yourself, what version of normal do we want? If there was ever a way to hit the reset button, we might have just done that in 2020. This year may mean a new career, newborn, or a new you, but I think we can all agree that 2021 will be a year of perspective and appreciation.
As I think about perspective, I think about the magazine and the importance of seeing the Northland from many viewpoints. Always keep in perspective that we all come from different walks of life and enjoy other things. As I think about appreciation and Northland Lifestyle, I think about our editor, Rachel, and our photographer, Ashley (with Three Three Photography). They have always provided our readers with content that allows us to see the Northland from angles we didn't maybe see before. Without this fantastic team, Northland Lifestyle would not be the pillar for all things Northland.
And most of all, I truly appreciate our partners and our readers. Without you, Northland Lifestyle would just be paper and words. Because of you, we can bring inspirational content that empowers us.
May each day of the New Year inspire you to grow!
Cheers,
Jeron
