Honoring Excellence Across Denton
The Chamber proudly recognized several outstanding individuals and organizations whose dedication embodies the core values of advocacy, education, and collaboration. Each honoree’s contributions serve as a reminder that Denton’s greatest strength lies in its people working together for the common good.
The 2025 Advocate Award, sponsored by Peterbilt Motors Company, was presented to KERA for its unwavering commitment to North Texas. Her efforts directly saved a Denton teen’s life this year and led to Denton County’s first naloxone vending machine at Rubber Gloves Rehearsal Studios. Her work ensures our community is not just informed, but prepared.
The 2025 Collaborate Award, sponsored by PlainsCapital Bank, honored Hillwood Properties for its transformative work on the Landmark master-planned community.
