Give me chocolate, a charcuterie board, and a glass of wine for Valentine's Day and I am your girl! 


Back in the day bowls of candy, cookies, charcuterie boards would have stressed me out because I would feel out of control around them. I felt out of control because I had restriction mentality, so I became like a kid in the candy store when these food items surrounded me. The vicious cycle of binging and feeling guilty was constantly happening. 


It was not until I learned HOW to work these items into my week and create balance with them that my life was forever changed. 


It's interesting... When you learn how to treat your week no different than your weekend, balance your plate, eat enough protein, fuel your body adequately, and allow yourself to have "ALL" foods, that whole mentality about being scared when "fun foods" are around you disappears. Truly it up and disappears because you are no longer obsessed with food and thinking about food all the time. It's no longer so emotional and becomes an afterthought or is gone for good. Wouldn’t that feel amazing?
