We had the privilege of interviewing Tatiana Tsoi, an internationally trained hairstylist and the founder of Power Style Luxury Hair, whose remarkable journey has taken her from Eastern Europe to Asia and now to the Emerald Coast. With more than 11 years of experience, Tatiana has refined her craft across multiple countries, mastering advanced blonding, precision haircuts, balayage,luxury hair extensions, and personalized color techniques while embracing the beauty traditions of every culture she encountered.
Q: Your career has taken you across many countries. How has working in different cultures and beauty markets shaped your approach to hairstyling?
My journey began in Russia, where I was born in Uzbekistan, where I was raised before beginning an international career that took me through ,Kazakhstan,Moscow,Japan, and finally Destin.Every country introduced me to different beauty standards, hair textures, and techniques that expanded both my creativity and technical skills.Those experiences taught me that no two clients are alike.Instead of following trends' Today,Power Style Luxury Hair reflects that philosophy by combining international experience with customized luxury service and healthy hair practices.
Q: What inspired you to create Power Style Luxury Hair,and what makes your salon experience unique?
A: Hair has fascinated me since I was young because it has the incredible ability to transform not only how someone looks but also how they feel. Eleven years ago, I decided to turn that passion into my profession, and every step of my international journey strengthened my commitment to excellence. Working throughout Europe and Asia allowed me to study different techniques, understand diverse hair textures, and appreciate that every client deserves individualized care.
When I opened Power Style Luxury Hair, my vision was to create a boutique salon where luxury means more than beautiful results.I specialize in luxury blonding, balayage, highlights, ombré, premium hair extensions, and precision women's haircuts because these services allow me to combine creativity with technical precision while always protecting the health of the hair.
Education continues to be one of my greatest priorities. Advanced training with Tony & Guy London educators helped strengthen my precision haircutting skills, and I continue learning the newest coloring techniques, extension methods, and healthy hair practices.
