Ageless Beauty Made Easy

Laura Geller shares three easy makeup tips to help mature skin glow, define, and stay fresh.

When it comes to makeup for mature skin, Laura Geller believes the right products can make all the difference. Her first tip is to swap powder formulas for creamy, hydrating ones. "Choose serum or cream blush over powder," says Geller. "As we age and our skin gets drier, a cream blush melts into the skin and gives a soft, watercolor flush without clinging to texture. Look for hydrating ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid and Squalane for extra moisture and glow."

Her second go-to rule is what she calls the "3 E's": eyeliner, eyelashes, and eyebrows. "A defined brow frames the face, a tight line along the upper lashes restores eye definition, and mascara opens everything up," she explains. "Adding a beige liner to the lower waterline instantly makes you look more awake."

Finally, Geller says primer is essential. "It smooths texture, helps makeup last, and keeps it from settling into fine lines," she says. "I love my Spackle Skin Perfecting Primer: Hydrate for keeping skin bright and fresh." laurageller.com
