ALLO Fiber has once again been honored as a VETS Indexes 5-Star Employer for 2025, celebrating the company’s steadfast dedication to supporting veterans and military-affiliated professionals. This is the second consecutive year ALLO has earned this prestigious recognition, placing it among only 294 organizations nationwide to receive the award.

The VETS Indexes Employer Awards spotlight businesses that go above and beyond in hiring, developing, and retaining veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserve, and military spouses. With over 200 veterans currently on its team, ALLO continues to make a powerful impact by creating an inclusive workplace where those who’ve served our country can thrive.

“It is a tremendous honor to see ALLO Fiber once again recognized as a VETS Indexes 5-Star Employer,” said Todd Heyne, ALLO’s Chief Construction Officer and retired Navy Captain. “This award reflects our deep respect for those who have served and our continued dedication to creating meaningful opportunities for veterans, military spouses, members of the National Guard, and reservists. We are proud to stand with those who have bravely stood for our nation."

ALLO’s veteran support doesn’t stop at recognition. The company is an active member of the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) and participates in the DoD SkillBridge Program, offering civilian training and internships to service members transitioning out of the military. ALLO has also earned the HIRE Vets Medallion Award five years in a row.
