“This is the largest spec home we've built to date and the first where we've had full creative liberty to design and build exactly how we envisioned - a warm spin on contemporary design,” says Heather Dosch, CEO and Owner. “The property characteristics always inspire the design, we design to maximize views, privacy and sunlight while creating a floor plan that comfortably flows from room to room in a meaningful way.”
Ultimately, the team desired to thoughtfully design and build a livable house, that also delights and surprises in the best way. An extreme level of care and attention to detail was placed over the entire process; each selection and design element was carefully debated and analyzed. Even with Covid shutdowns, the home took approximately 15 months from start to finish.
Some of the special luxury features include: two kitchens (a show kitchen and a prep kitchen), two two-car garages (each with their own adjacent mud rooms), two laundry rooms (one on the main floor to service the kitchen and guest suite and one on the upper floor connected to the primary suite), a hotel-inspired primary suite, and a grand great room (with a 85” linear gas fireplace, surround sound speaker system and subwoofer, built-in custom cabinetry and lighting, and floor to ceiling windows).
