It’s back and bigger than ever. Medina Meadows and Western Reserve Masonic Community are teaming up once again to host one of the most anticipated local events of the year. The fourth annual Purses with a Purpose is set for February 3, 2026, at Western Reserve Masonic Community in Medina.
The fundraiser brings together the community for a fashion-focused event in support of local nonprofit Feeding Medina County’s Staples for Seniors program. Funds raised at the event help the program provide essential groceries, like fresh produce, meat, dairy and pantry staples to seniors living in subsidized housing throughout Medina County.
Here’s what guests can expect:
- A vibrant, community-focused atmosphere
- Silent auctions featuring designer handbags, stylish accessories and unique gift items
- Fun raffles
- Light appetizers
Organizers Kimberly Valco of Western Reserve Masonic Community and Devon Diello of Medina Meadows and Luxor Healthcare invite local businesses and individuals to join the cause by sponsoring, donating auction items or simply showing up to enjoy the evening. Event sponsorships range from $100 to $1,000. If you’d like to contribute to the silent auction, consider donating an item such as a designer purse, wallet, jewelry, perfume or gift card. Every little bit helps, and every ticket sold brings the community one step closer to a hunger-free Medina County. Tickets to the event are $30 per person. To sponsor the event, make a donation or purchase a ticket, email Devon Diello at diello@luxorhealthcaregroup.com.
