The Angelisco Margarita

This Summer-Ready Cocktail Blends Citrus, Spice, and Everything Nice

One Margarita:
2 oz Angelisco Blanco Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Pineapple Syrup*

Directions:
Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass with a Tajin salted rim. 

One Bottle Batch:
1 Bottle Angelisco Blanco (750 ml)
1 liter of Fresh Lime Juice
900 ml Pineapple Syrup*

Directions:

Pour all ingredients together, stir with four scoops of ice. If you want to be exact, use a 1-quart/1-liter measuring cup full of ice. 

Pineapple Syrup* Ingredients:
750 ML pineapple juice 
750 ML organic sugar 

Directions:
Pour both into a pot and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved, remove from heat to cool. 

Spicy Pineapple Ingredients:
350 ml Pineapple Juice
1-3 Jalapeños (depending on desired spice level)
1 Peeled Cucumber 
2-inch Peeled Cube of Fresh Ginger  
 

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and rough blend. Let juice sit for 15 minutes, pour through a fine mesh strainer. Pour spicy blend into your pineapple syrup in small increments until desired spice level.
