Arianna's Style Files

From Pilates to polished—how she builds a wardrobe that moves with her.

Style Q&A: Arianna Toy, Founder of Pilates Core Club

Arianna Toy has spent her life helping people move with confidence. A former collegiate soccer player with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, she went on to spend nearly a decade in physical therapy, helping clients recover from injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. After navigating her own postpartum health journey, she discovered Pilates—a practice that reshaped her perspective on movement. Today, the mom of three and founder of Pilates Core Club encourages clients to prioritize strength, confidence, and feeling good in their own bodies.

How would you describe your personal style in three words?
Classy, timeless, and confident.

Has Pilates influenced the way you dress?
Absolutely. Pilates reinforced the importance of comfort without sacrificing confidence. I want to feel good in what I'm wearing, and clothing that allows me to move freely while still feeling put together is always my priority.

What's one wardrobe staple you can't live without?
A great pair of cotton spandex shorts. They're breathable, comfortable, and easy to wear all day.

What does "looking put together" mean to you?
Feeling good in what you're wearing. Confidence starts with comfort.

Do you invest in higher-quality pieces or love budget-friendly finds?
A little of both. I have investment pieces that last for years, but I also love discovering great Amazon and Target finds.

What fashion trend are you loving right now?
Loose, wide-leg track pants paired with a cute sports bra.

Is there a trend you're ready to leave behind?
Tight yoga pants. I'm embracing a more relaxed fit these days.

What's your go-to outfit when you're not teaching?
An athleisure outfit or Levi's jeans with a simple tank top.

What does confidence look like to you?
Wearing what makes you feel proud, whether it's trendy or not. Trends come and go, but confidence comes from dressing for yourself.

Complete the sentence: Style is...
Feeling great in what you're wearing.
