For Andrea Tuell, real estate is more than just a career—it’s in her blood. Growing up in a family where development, ownership, and hard work were the foundation, she didn’t just witness the industry from the sidelines; she lived it. From helping turn over apartments as part of her father’s business to forging her own path in residential real estate, Andrea has built a legacy rooted in dedication, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to people.
Leadership has been a defining trait since childhood. Whether spearheading school fundraisers, leading teams, or stepping into student council roles, Andrea has always been drawn to creating paths rather than following them. That same drive has shaped her nearly 25-year career in real estate, where she thrives on helping families navigate one of the most significant moments of their lives—buying or selling a home.
Her approach to real estate is simple yet powerful: empathy and kindness. The housing market may be ever-changing, but Andrea’s guiding principle remains the same—understanding that every client’s journey is unique. “I can navigate any market with my clients as long as they know I truly have their back,” she says. “Every family is different, every day is different, and the reward for helping people will forever be my driver.”
One of Andrea’s most cherished career moments was selling her brother’s home. A successful commercial broker and developer himself, his acknowledgment that she had exceeded his expectations was a milestone that reaffirmed her purpose. She carries that same level of care into every transaction, treating each client as if they were family.
Trust is at the core of her business. By listening more than she speaks and offering her expertise in negotiations and market insights, Andrea ensures her clients feel supported throughout the process. Her best advice for homebuyers? “Everything always happens exactly how it is supposed to. The right property finds you when you’re ready to move. Just trust me.”
Beyond real estate, Andrea is deeply committed to her community. Inspired by the values her parents instilled in her, she actively serves as Treasurer of the Mountain View Rotary Club and a Board Member for Neighbor 2 Neighbor. Perhaps her most heartfelt endeavor is Raising Angels, the nonprofit she co-founded and serves as Board President. Created in honor of a personal loss, Raising Angels provides essential items—cribs, bassinets, formula, diapers—to teen parents in need. Every home Andrea sells contributes to this mission, making her business a true full-circle effort of giving back.
At the heart of Andrea’s success is her family. She and her husband, Guy Tuell, share a deep entrepreneurial spirit—while Andrea thrives in real estate, Guy is the founder of 1QR, a cutting-edge company revolutionizing consumer engagement through technology. Together, they have built not just successful careers but a life filled with love, purpose, and adventure. Their daughters, Boe and Blakely, are their greatest joy, and Andrea is intentional about creating time to be present with them, whether it’s cheering them on in their activities or simply soaking in the little moments of family life.
Looking ahead to 2025, Andrea is setting aside dedicated time for her loved ones while also mentoring her assistant, Amber, as she embarks on her own real estate journey. As Andrea continues to reach her goals, her focus remains on what has always driven her—helping people, fostering connections, and making a meaningful impact on every life she touches.
