As a native Austinite, I’ve always been extremely proud of my hometown. During my 10 years as a fourth-grade teacher, two of my greatest joys were teaching Texas history and taking my students on field trips to experience firsthand the amazing things Austin has to offer.
As my family grew and my time in the classroom came to an end, the next chapter began with Camp 512. Along with my teaching colleague, Blake, we curated a camp experience unlike any other.
Camp 512 is a completely mobile day camp in which each day has a different theme, such as music and art, parks and recreation, animal lovers, and Austin experts. Then, we go on field trips based on those themes!
We have had so much fun with the Camp 512 kids that their parents began asking us to create a camp for adults. Thus, Tour 512 was born.
Tour 512 is perfect for special occasions like bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding weekends, birthday parties, staff retreats, family reunions, and holiday celebrations. Tour locations include Austin attractions, local events (concerts, festivals, F1), Hill Country wine tours, distillery and brewery tours, and more.

Austinites Doing Austin Days
After 10 years, Camp 512 is finally coming to Dripping Springs! Camp 512 is a teacher-led experience for kids from kindergarten through eighth grade. Camp takes place Monday through Friday from 9 a.m to 4 p.m., and all food is included. Cost: $525
