The Awakening: A Wellness Journey was born from my own path through burnout, healing, and rediscovery. I created this retreat as the experience I once needed—a space where people can slow down, release what feels heavy, and reconnect with the peace already within them.
My mission is simple: to guide others back to themselves through mindful practices that restore balance to body, mind, and spirit. Each gathering reflects my belief that true healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and safe enough to let go.
Through breathwork, movement, sound, and stillness, I’ve watched participants transform tension into clarity and exhaustion into energy. This work is my calling and my passion—a way to give back the gift that once saved me: the reminder that we all carry the power to heal within.

Begin with an opening circle and intention setting, followed by yoga, grounding breathwork, and nature-inspired rituals to release what you’ve been holding onto. Immersed in 9D Breathwork—a fusion of sound and breath guiding deep release—you’ll transform tension into clarity.
Experience soothing contrast therapy with the warmth of the sauna followed by a refreshing cold plunge to renew energy and presence. The day closes with meditation, an immersive sound bath, and a nourishing organic meal shared in community—leaving you refreshed, realigned, and fully reawakened.
