WHAT TO KNOW IN THE NEW YEAR

Heading into the New Year, here’s exactly what I want you to know… 


EVERYTHING IS FIGUREOUTABLE!

  • No, you are not a lost cause.
  • No, you are not helpless.
  • No, you are not an anomaly.


I know it can feel that way... that you are the one that has to exercise, diet, and restrict yourself more than any of your friends...

  • That no one else around you has to order the salad.
  • That no one else around you has to workout every day.
  • That no one else around you is stuck obsessing about food.


BUT I want to remind you that THIS MINDSET IT WHAT'S HOLDING YOU BACK!


I used this analogy the other day... You don’t blame a flower if it doesn’t bloom!!! You look at the soil and the environment and the water and the weather… and you ask yourself, "Has the environment set this flower up for success?"


You are a FLOWER THAT HAS YET TO BLOOM!


You just haven’t been given the right sustainable tools and all we have to do is get you out of the crappy soil of diet culture and get you put in an environment that you will thrive and grow!


And that environment is SUPPORTING YOUR METABOLISM!


Aka: 

→ Eating enough protein.

→ Sleeping 7-9 hours per night.

→ Strength training.

→ Drinking enough water + electrolytes. 

→ Taking time for rest and play.

→ Planning for your week.
