This unique opportunity allows parents and children to live out their faith in actionable ways as teams of families tackle service projects ranging from packing food and organizing shelves at local food pantries, to planting trees, cleaning, serving meals, and much more at 40+ local charities across Atlanta. Brandon Hall School is celebrating 60 years during the 2018-2019 school year, and for their diamond year, they are excited to host the 2nd Annual Brandon Haul 5K on March 23, 2019.  This community event was a huge hit last year, bringing 140 runners to the campus for a riverside 5K course. All proceeds from the 5K event go towards Brandon Hall’s overall operating budget, providing funds for numerous campus renovations and improvements. St. Martin’s Episcopal School serves nearly 600 students in preschool through eighth grade on its Brookhaven campus. Tragedy struck on July 4, 2017, when an arsonist destroyed the home of St. Martin’s Early Childhood (EC) program. After careful planning, the school decided to turn the event into an opportunity to shape St. Martin’s future for the better through the Together We Rise campaign. The $5.5 million campaign includes constructing a larger building with additional EC classrooms and a STEAM village with a science lab, tinker space, art room, and outdoor classroom. St. Martin’s has raised 50% of the campaign goal, and the school’s leadership is now turning to the greater community for philanthropic support. The event will showcase Breakthrough Atlanta’s 22-year history of providing a path to college for underserved students and inspiring a new generation of teachers. Highlights include live entertainment, cocktails, dinner, a raffle and live auction, and an inspiring program with remarks from Breakthrough students and teachers. From September 29–November 3, Trinity School’s Spotlight on Art—the premier art series in the Southeast for both avid art collectors and casual buyers—will present a beautiful Pop-Up Gallery of carefully curated artwork at Neiman Marcus at Lenox Square Mall. Original paintings and sculptures from a select group of artists will be available for purchase on the main floor. The Pop-Up Gallery provides a preview of the much-anticipated Artists Market at Trinity School that will be held from January 28–February 2, 2019. All events are free and open to the public, and each purchase benefits Trinity School.


Pace Academy

The Pace Academy Parents Club’s 55th annual Fall Fair will take place on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is open to the public and includes family friendly fun for all ages. Attendees will enjoy rides and inflatables, mazes and obstacle courses, karaoke, a mad scientist’s lab, food from some of Atlanta’s favorite food trucks and a street market featuring local vendors. Funds raised through the Fall Fair support programing at Pace Academy such as the Citizens of the World Travel Grant, environmental initiatives, global leadership, professional development, the arts, athletics and more!
