What You’ll Need:

  • 3 cups diced, house-made bacon (store-bought works, but homemade? Next level.

  • 1 large white onion, finely diced

  • 10 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups fresh-brewed strong coffee

  • 1 cup ketchup (trust us)

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar

Sauté to Start:
