Berry & Mint infused Mocktail for gut health

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup Blueberries 

1/4 cup Strawberries

1 Tablespoons of Raw Honey

1/2 cup Coconut Water

a few sprigs of Fresh Mint leaves

1/2 cup Club Soda 

1 tablespoon of each Lime & Lemon Juice

Instructions: 

Start by first muddling your mint leaves. Next Add your Lemon and Lime Juice as well as the honey and mix together until blended. Last, add your club soda and coconut water and mix in your berries and enjoy!
