Drink Inspiration
As the seasons begin to change along Lake Erie, we wanted to create a cocktail that captures the feeling of early autumn. The Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour was inspired by the crisp air, changing leaves, and the comfort of wrapping yourself in a warm blanket after a day outside. Bright citrus balances warm cinnamon and rich maple, creating a cocktail that's both refreshing and cozy.
Cocktail Description
A seasonal twist on a timeless classic, our Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour combines Buffalo Trace Bourbon with fresh lemon juice and house-made cinnamon maple syrup. Egg white creates a silky texture, while a cinnamon stick garnish adds a warm aromatic finish.

2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon

1½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1 oz Cinnamon Maple Simple Syrup

1 Egg White
Instructions: Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice to build the silky texture. Add ice, shake again until well-chilled, and strain over a large ice rock. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
