Driving up 500-feet in elevation, navigating 20 or so switch-backs to get to luxury mountain inn, The Swag in Waynesville, NC, you'd think the view from the rim of the Cataloochee Divide would steal the show. From the lawn just off the dogtrot, you can spot four of North Carolina’s six highest mountain ranges, all remnants of those ancient Everests. But, it's the outdoor showers and copper soaking tubs that top my list of favorite things at The Swag.
