That’s why I love this quick and easy breakfast smoothie—you can prepare it the night before or make it in the morning for a convenient, on-the-go option. Regardless of appetite or time, this antioxidant-rich smoothie ensures an energizing start to your day!
Ingredients:

10 oz. milk (skim, 1%, or 2% — based on caloric needs)

1 scoop whey protein powder

(or 2 scoops plant-based powder)

¾ cup frozen blueberries

¾ cup frozen strawberries

1-2 tbsp. honey
-
2-3 tbsp. flax or chia seeds
Directions:

Add ingredients to blender in order listed (no ice needed)

Blend for 30-60 seconds (until desired consistency)

If you desire a thinner consistency, add a little more milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
