  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
