Celina Square has always been the heartbeat of our beautiful city. New storefronts are continuing to pop up joining the current thriving businesses that reside on the Square. We follow local resident and realtor, Cindy Peters with Compass Real Estate, on a beautiful day spent in downtown Celina. She takes us through some of her favorite businesses which she frequents.

First stop, time to wake up with a warm cup of joe from Summer Moon Coffee. Cindy loves to order a Quarter Moon Latte to start her day. Summer Moon is a great place to get your caffeine fix, do some work or mingle with your neighbors.

Head over to Annie Jack to look at their latest fashions. It's the perfect place to find a new addition to your wardrobe or grab a gift. Cindy especially loves the Capri Blue line that Annie Jack carries, the Volcano candle being her favorite.

Just a block east, we stroll over to William Williams Rare Jewels. Owner Bill Williams greets us and takes Cindy's ring back for a clean. He and son Noah have a passion for creating gorgeous pieces for their clients. Stop by for a jewelry cleaning and shop the beautiful display of diamonds and gems.

It's lunchtime at Toasted Walnut Table and Market. It's always a hard time choosing between favorites, the chicken and avocado or the smoked turkey on steroids. One thing is for sure, whatever we decide will be delicious. Chef Joey Dawkin's creations are a big hit with all of his patrons. Be sure to stop by and feed your cravings.

After some meetings and phone calls in this hot real estate market, Cindy heads back to the Square to indulge her sweet tooth at Hey Sugar Candy Store. Just walking into Hey Sugar will lighten your mood. The sweet scents and the candy displays will take you back to your childhood. Cindy buys her favorite treat, a Reese's Pieces chocolate-covered pretzel. Yum!

The day is winding down but there is one last stop before heading home. Cindy loves to gift her clients with a bottle of Bobcat Cabernet, which features the iconic Celina water tower on the label. It's the perfect "welcome home" gift to her Celina home buyers. Valley Vines offers a beautiful indoor tasting room as well as a cozy courtyard. It's the perfect downtown location to grab a glass of wine with friends.

New businesses are popping up on the Square which is exciting for Celina and its residents. Opening in Spring 2022, Honeysuckle Rose Boutique can be found in the Huddleston Building and will offer trendy fashions and gifts.

Cindy Peters has lived in Celina with her husband Kelley for 12 years. She has an adult daughter and a son who is a freshman at Celina High School. She takes pride in customer service and loves to help families find their dream homes. She is an award-winning agent with Compass Real Estate and services northern Collin County. Whether you are a first-time buyer or you are looking for land to run your farm or ranch, Cindy is here to help.
