Sue Coraggio Snape met Murphy (aka Edith Ann) while fostering dogs. “I couldn't sleep one night and got online to look at dogs. Murphy needed a foster home and because it was 2:00 a.m., I was the first person to offer help," she says. Sue was able to pick her up a few days later. Murphy was found on the street and had a TON of medical issues. It took three months until her heart, ears, eyes and skin issues were resolved. About 24 hours into fostering Murphy she came over and crawled on top of Sue and put her head on her neck. It’s been three years. “She's loved us, cared for us and kept us on our toes. She is old, close to blind and pretty much deaf at this point. She is the sweetest, snuggliest, most well-behaved dog we've ever had in our home,” Sue says. Sue owns Leaf and Loaf - catering and personal chef services.
