Having raised seven dogs of their own, and with over nine years in the dog care industry, Madyson and her mom understand how each and every dog has a unique personality.

Q: Many pet owners are worried about the drop and go process. What is your advice?
A: Dogs are like children, except they can’t talk back. It’s best to say your goodbyes in the car with them instead of in the lobby, and remain as calm as possible. We also highly suggest coming in for a free tour before making a decision so you can familiarize yourself with the facility and learn more about the fun enrichment activities we offer (hunting for treats or a ball pit, anyone?).
Q: What if my dog doesn’t like other dogs?
We divide our dogs based on size (35 pounds and up are separated from smaller dogs). In order for us to establish if a large group is a good fit for them, we begin with an evaluation process. We conduct “temperament testing” by introducing your dog to the appropriate daycare area alone first. Then we gradually introduce him/her to other dogs and watch for distress signs.
From there, we continue observing your dog’s personality and preferences, and remain in constant contact with owners throughout the process.
If we know your dog is uncomfortable around other dogs, we can provide them one-on-one time with our staff every two hours as an alternate option. In fact, dogs and puppies with special needs can greatly benefit from this.
Q: What certifications do you have?
A: Our leadership team possesses Pet Tech® certification, dedicated to CPR and first aid for dogs. We also maintain two Professional Pet Boarding Certifications (PPBC Level 1 and 2), which are important because they demonstrate that we know how to run a facility, keep it clean, and manage it professionally.
Beyond certifications, we prioritize comfort and safety daily. We offer both outdoor and indoor time. Outdoor areas always offer fresh water, shade, and shelter, while indoor areas are climate controlled. We use advanced cleaning protocols, hospital-grade disinfectants, and air purification systems to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Q: How do dog parents know if your facility is the best match for their pet?
A: We try our best to be fully transparent, but that said, we understand if you’re unsure. For that reason, we suggest taking advantage of our free daycare evaluation, which is used to determine which play option would be the best fit for your dog.
