Whether you’re celebrating love, rekindling a romance, or honoring family time, you’ll find no shortage of both cupid-approved and family-friendly opportunities at The Windsor Court in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The five-star property, featuring 314 oversized rooms and suites with Italian marble baths, serves up upscale dining, spa treatments, afternoon tea and a rooftop pool. The property’s signature massive arrangement of fresh flowers—12 dozen roses with weekly rotation—is nothing short of welcoming as it greets you when you enter the lobby. Built by New Orleans businessman and self-proclaimed Anglophile Jimmy Coleman, The Windsor Court marked its 40th year in 2024 and is planning for room renovations this year.

In Le Salon, enjoy a brewed pot of tea from a curated selection of brews in addition to a cocktail or other beverage. Also included are gourmet tea sandwiches, house-made scones and desserts, as you take in beautiful and relaxing sounds of the harp and the piano. A nod to the traditional pastime of British tea, it makes for one touch of the property’s testament to traditional British style. Some 2025 themed tea dates on the calendar include Easter Tea on April 19 and 20, Mother’s Day Tea on May 10 and 11, and Princess Tea on June 21 and 22.

Get in a bit of couple’s or single’s pampering at The Windsor Court Spa, which offers a number of massage options, facials, and nail care. Among the massage offerings are Deep Tissue and Swedish—both at 50, 80, or 110 minutes.

Dinner at The Grill Room also makes for family time or a romantic eve—with touches such as a sommelier providing suggestions for wines that will best accompany your meal, be it salmon, scallops, or filet mignon. As you make your way around the property, take in a collection of sculptures, paintings, and furnishings. Featuring a $12 million collection of museum-quality art, The Windsor Court showcases works dating back to the 17th century and depicting the Windsor Castle and life of British royalty.

When you’re ready to wind down in the evening, get in a late-day swim or just relax by the rooftop pool. You’ll also want to be sure to take in some live music performed nightly in the Polo Club Lounge.

From music to dining to British high society in the Big Easy, you’ll find all the makings for honoring your relationship with your special someone or getting away with loved ones all within reach at The Windsor Court.
