Honeydew, Cucumber & Green Chili Cocktail

Summer Honeydew

1.5oz cucumber infused vodka

0.5oz green chili infused vodka

2oz honeydew puree

0.5oz lemon juice

0.25oz simple syrup        

1 drop bittermelon bitters

Rose water in atomizer bottle

Add vodka, honeydew puree, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to a shaker. Add ice & shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Spray with 1 spritz of rose water. Garnish with rose petal or cucumber slice.

Gin, Peach Shrub, Peychaud's Aperitivo & Basil Spritzer

Gin Peach Spritzer

1.5oz Gin

2oz Peach Shrub

0.5oz peychauds aperitivo

0.5oz lemon juice

Soda water

Basil

Add gin, peach shrub, peychauds aperitivo, and lemon juice to a glass and stir to mix. Pour into glass & add ice. Top with soda water. Slap a few large basil leaves to express essential oils & use for garnish.

3 peaches, finely diced.

Apple cider vinegar

Sherry vinegar

Add diced peaches to a non-reactive container and mix with enough white sugar to fully coat the peaches. Cover and let sit overnight. Strain liquid off peaches and mix with 1 part apple cider vinegar, 1 part sherry vinegar to taste.
