Cake:

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

3 large eggs

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1/2 cup Bosco Chocolate Syrup

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to the wet ingredients alternately with the milk, beating just until combined.

Divide the batter in half. Stir the Bosco Chocolate Syrup into one half of the batter.

Spoon alternating dollops of the vanilla and chocolate batters into the prepared pan. Swirl the batters together with a knife.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow cake to cool completely before frosting.

1/4 cup Bosco Chocolate Syrup
