What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job? [My] best skills are problem solving and communication. In Business Brokerage, every deal is unique with its own set of circumstances and challenges. This is where over 25 years of industry experience is helpful. Although each transaction is different there is likely a similar past scenario that I have encountered that will help me overcome the situation, communicate tactfully with all parties involved and successfully get the deal to the Closing Table.
What is the definition of success for you, personally and professionally? Personally, it's enjoying my family, all types of outdoor activities and physically challenging myself. Professionally success means striving to do the best I possibly can for each client; then, success will follow.
Outside of work/profession, do you have skills or talents that most people do not know about? Well, I like to think I am a “skilled” tennis player but I am kind of old and really not very good!
What are some causes you care about? As an Idaho Native, preserving our natural resources, open spaces and primitive areas for now and future generations is important. These are the qualities that make Idaho such a great place to live.
