David is ahead of the curve, holding an Advanced CBP designation and actively pursuing his Expert certification, which focuses on complex engineering, specialized materials, advanced soil mechanics, and diagnosing major pool defects.

The process begins with a consultation to define your aesthetic, functional, and budget goals. A custom 3D design follows, allowing for revisions before moving into permits and preconstruction. Construction then proceeds to excavation and structural work, then to plumbing, electrical, and finishes. Clients can expect 4–6 months from the initial meeting to final walkthrough. Excellent communication during this entire process ensures the client is informed from start to finish, ending in a final walkthrough to learn how systems work. Clients will also be guided on how to care for their new landscape by Patrick and his team. “We also provide a “pool school” at the end of each project, along with ongoing support during the first year.
