Interested in an Arcade Room? Mile High Arcade Has You Covered

To relive childhood, to embrace nostalgia, can be a dangerous dance. Recollections of the past get warped, expectations for the future become heightened beyond reality.

Thankfully, having a home arcade room doesn't have to be a mutually inclusive experience with such things.

For Grover Greer, having an arcade room in his basement – equipped with pinball machines, mounted televisions, and a fully stocked bar – was less about trying to recreate memories and more about creating a space for him and his family to get more joy out of their home.

“We’ve always just wanted an arcade room,” says Greer. “We love pinball, we love video games, all that stuff. We can’t afford a Dave & Buster’s, so we thought we’d do this. Pinball’s always been something I’ve wanted and thought it was really cool.”

After searching for the company that would best help him achieve his goals, his wife discovered Mile High Arcade, a local video game service equipped to meet the needs of any home arcade room, special event, or local pub.

“We have a teenage son; the other night they had all their friends over playing pinball and video games and stuff like that and we were watching basketball games on the televisions down there," says Greer. "It’s nice to have that in your house."

At this time, Mile High Arcade does not offer actual time travel. Thankfully, their products don't have to.
